Privacy policy
How we use the details you give us on this site, and the choices you have.

Who we are
This site is run by VITX GLOBAL PTE. LTD., a company registered in Singapore (UEN 202622644C), called vitX or we on this page. We decide how the details you send us are used, so we are responsible for them.
What we collect, and why
- Contact and request forms. Your name, email, phone if you give it, company, your message and the page you sent it from. We use them to answer you. We rely on your request, and on our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries.
- Report downloads. Your name, email and company, so we can give you the report and keep a record of who asked for it. The report itself needs nothing more.
- Follow-up emails, only if you tick the box. On report forms there is a separate box, unticked, for future editions and occasional notes from the vitX team. We email you about this only if you tick it. That is your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.
- Newsletter. Your email and whether you are based in Vietnam or elsewhere, to send you vitX Insights. We rely on your consent; every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Booking a call. The booking calendar asks for your name and email to schedule the call. It is provided by HubSpot and appears only after you accept cookies, or on HubSpot’s own booking page.
- Technical data. When you send a form, we pass your IP address and the address of the page to HubSpot with it, so the submission is recorded with where it came from and spam can be filtered. Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard connection data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
We do not use your details for automated decisions about you, and we do not sell them.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies unless you accept them. If you accept, HubSpot sets cookies for analytics and to show the booking calendar. If you reject, the site works the same without them. Your choice is kept in your browser, and you can change it at any time: , also at the bottom of every page.
Who processes your details
- HubSpot, our customer relationship and email tool, stores what you send through the forms, the booking calendar and, if you accept cookies, analytics. Our HubSpot account is hosted in the United States.
- Cloudflare hosts the site and runs the small functions that pass your form to HubSpot.
We share your details only with these providers, or when the law requires it.
International transfers
These providers may process your details outside your country, including in the United States. Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, the transfers rely on the safeguards in their data processing terms, such as the EU standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while we are in contact with you, and for a reasonable time afterwards so we can answer follow-up questions about the same request. Then we delete them. Newsletter and follow-up email details are kept until you unsubscribe. Ask us and we will delete them sooner, unless the law requires us to keep something.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your details, and ask us to correct or delete them, to limit or stop how we use them, or to give them to you in a format you can take elsewhere. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time, which does not affect what we did before. Under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act you can also ask how your details have been used or shared in the past year.
If you are in the EU or UK and unhappy with how we handle your details, you can complain to your data protection authority, for example the UODO in Poland or the ICO in the UK. In Singapore it is the Personal Data Protection Commission. We would like the chance to put it right first.
