- Healthcare: built a clinical knowledge graph with retrieval APIs and path-based reasoning to help clinicians trace root causes for preventive treatment.
- Legal operations: automated NDA template selection, clause completion and approval routing inside an ERP, using LLM routing with guardrails, retries and an auditable history.
- ESG / sustainability: led the team behind an ESG report-scoring platform using semantic search and prompt-tuned GPT ratings, plus an ESG question-answering chatbot on Azure OpenAI.
- Document processing: delivered a key-value extraction system combining a custom form-recognition model, LayoutXLM and gradient-boosted models at 96% accuracy.
