Jakub Wachocki is the CEO & Co-Founder of vitX (Vietnam IT Xchange).

With two decades of experience spanning Europe and Asia, Jakub has built his career at the intersection of digital transformation, strategic partnerships, and entrepreneurial ventures. Before vitX, he worked as an architect, engineer, and executive in software and consulting, and successfully exited his own venture in 2011.

Today, Jakub leads vitX’s mission to empower global enterprises with 100+ trusted Vietnamese IT delivery centers with through managed outsourcing and M&A advisory. He is passionate about shaping AI-native service models, helping firms achieve predictable outcomes, and positioning Vietnam as a trusted global technology powerhouse.
